Ingredients
Chan Su 0.3 g,Niu Huang 0.3 g,Lv Dou 3 g,Chuan Shan Jia 3 g,Tian Zhu Huang 6 g,Tai Gu 0.3 g,Ren Shen 1.5 g.Explanation
Chan Su: Inducing resuscitation and refreshing mind, removing toxicity, alleviating pain.
Ren Shen: Tonifying qi.
Niu Huang: Clearing heart-fire and removing toxicity.
Lv Dou: Clearing heat and removing toxicity.
Tian Zhu Huang: Clearing and resolving heat-phlegm, clearing heart and relieving convulsions.
Chuan Shan Jia: Activating blood and dispelling stasis, dredging meridians, resolving swelling and expelling pus.
The Effect of 保心丹
Effect
Tonify qi and activate blood, clear heat and remove toxicity.
Indications
Incomplete eruption of variola.
Administrations
All the drugs are ground into fine powder. The powder is made into pills.
