TCM for Ginger Tea: Patterns, Herbs and Home Care

Short answer: yes, Chinese medicine has a real playbook for this, and it starts by working out which pattern you have. Long answer below, with the herbs, the points and the food.

First, which pattern is it?

• Spleen qi deficiency with food that just sits

The standard TCM approach

• Ginger (Sheng Jiang): settles nausea and a rebellious stomach
