Property
Bitter, neutral; lung, liver, heart and large intestine meridians entered.
Actions
Expel wind and eliminate dampness, resolve swelling and alleviate pain.
Indications
Scalds and burns, hematochezia, pharyngitis, aphtha due to fever, ulcerative gingivitis, sores and boils, hemorrhoids and pruritus vulvae.
Dosage and Administrations
Decoct 6~15 g. Proper dosage is for external application. Decocted for mouthwash or washing.
