Ingredients
Ma Huang 18 g,Shi Gao 25 g,Sheng Jiang 9 g,Da Zao 15 dates,Gan Cao 6 g,Ban Xia 9 g.Explanation
Zhi Gan Cao: Invigorating the spleen and stomach, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.
Ma Huang: Relieving superficies syndrome by means of diaphoresis, facilitating the flow of the lung-Qi to stop asthma.
Da Zao: Invigorating the spleen-Qi, relieving the liver depression, treating deficiency of the heart.
Shi Gao: Removing heat and restlessness.
Ban Xia: Being pungent in flavor and warm in nature, dispersing accumulation of pathogens, letting the adverse flow of the stomach-Qi go downwards to arrest vomiting.
Sheng Jiang: Being pungent in taste and warm in nature, dispersing accumulation of pathogens, regulating the stomach to arrest vomiting.

Effect
Diffuse the lung and purge heat, relieve cough and dyspnea.
Indications
Lung-distension, cough, dyspnea, choking sensation in chest.
Administrations
Decoct in water for oral dose to be taken three times a day.
