Ingredients
Zao Jiao 30 g,Bai Fu Zi 30 g,Ban Xia 30 g,Tian Nan Xing 30 g,Ku Fan 30 g,Chi Fu Ling 30 g,Ren Shen 30 g,Zhi Qiao 60 g.Explanation
Ren Shen: Invigorating primodial Qi, aiding in transporting and transforming nutrients and regulating the ascending and descending movement of Qi.
Fu Ling: Promoting water metabolism and reinforcing the Qi of the heart and spleen.
Ku Fan, Tian Nan Xing and Ban Xia: Drying dampness and resolving phlegm.
Bai Fu Zi: Dispelling wind-phlegm, drying damp-phlegm.
Zao Jiao: Dispelling phlegm, opening orifice and blockage, dispelling wind.
Zhi Qiao: Promoting the flow of qi, soothing the chest and middle energizer, relieving distention.

Administrations
All the drugs are ground into fine powder. The powder is made with ginger juice into pills. 30 pills is taken each time with warm water.
