Ingredients

Zhen Sha 30 g,Cang Zhu 30 g,Lv Fan 30 g,Hou Po 30 g,Chen Pi 30 g,Gan Cao 15 g,Hong Zao,Shen Qu 30 g.

Explanation

Da Zao: Tonifying qi, tonifying the spleen, nourishing blood and inducing tranquilization.

Zhi Gan Cao: Invigorating the spleen and stomach, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.

Cang Zhu: Drying dampness and invigorating the spleen, dispelling wind-dampness, releasing exterior.
