Zu Wu Li (Zuwuli)
Location
Three cun directly below ST-30 Qichong, at the proximal end of the thigh, below the pubic tubercle, on the lateral border of m. abductus longus.
Needling
- Straight insertion, 1-1.5 cun.
- Perpendicular or oblique insertion, 0.5 to 1.5 cun.

- Clears damp-heat
- Benefits the Lower Jiao

- Retention of urine
- Lassitude
- Urinary incontinence
- Eczema of the scrotum
- Pain on the medial side of the thigh
- Wind-taxation somnolence
- Difficult respiration
- Hypersomnia
- Heat accumulation
- Coughing
- Difficult urination
- Enuresis
- Itching of the genitals
- Swelling and pain of the testicles
- Abdominal distention
- Lower abdominal fullness and distention
- Swelling
Notes
The name means that it goes ******five measures deep******. It is said to be good for eye problems using acupressure. It is said to be good for insomnia.
