A TCM Morning Routine: Warming, Simple and 15 Minutes Long
Morning is yang rising, and the routine should help it rise. Warm water before coffee, a warm cooked breakfast rather than something cold from the fridge, five minutes of stretching to wake the spine, and daylight before screens. None of it's exotic; all of it matches what the tradition says the morning hours are for, and the cumulative effect over a month is the actual point.
The short version to actually do
Pick one habit from this page, not all of them. The tradition's own bias is for small correct actions repeated daily, and a routine you keep beats a perfect routine you abandon by Thursday.
Consistency beats dose. A modest amount taken regularly usually does more than a heroic amount taken twice.
